I am looking to improve my gun, and i do have about $70. What is the best upgrade for my spyder compact 2000:the empire reloader hopper, the evil driver barrel, or some kind of regulator?

barrel will help a lot. If you are not running on Nitrogen, then a regulator isn't a must-have upgrade yet. Go with the barrel, or if you want, get a revvy. Barrel is probably your best bet as of right now.
