You can buy a scuba tank to fill HPA tanks. Yes, you'll need to buy a fill station for it but they are rather cheap. You cannot use a scuba tank to fill Co2. You'll need atleast a 20lb Co2 tank. You'll need a fill station for that too. That one will run you about $100.

how much (estimate if you have to) do you think for the fill station and the scuba together (not buying together but the cost together)

You can get a used scuba tank off the internet, with a fill station for around $150 - $200. Cheak ebay and pbnation.

If you get a bulk Co2 tank you will need to have a siphon installed in it. This way it will allow only liquid to be drawn into the tank you are filling. The other thing you will need is some type of scale taht you can hang a bottle fro while it is being filled. CO2 tanks are filled by wieght of liquid Co2 going into the tank. i.e. a 20oz tank hypothetically has about 20oz of liquid co2. However, it is more like 18.5 oz in order to allow for there to be a gas layer at the top of the tank.
In terms of HPA - one of the most overlooked places to get a bulk tank filled may be your local fire department. A lot of SCBA (Self contained breathing apparatus) are now at 3K psi and above. If you can get an in with the locals at teh volunteer FD, you may get your scuba tanks filled for NOTHING!!!! Thats what I do. (Shhh I am not supposed to tell!)

The FD won't mind filling your scuba tanks for you at all. As long as you have the proper fill station and such. Remember that the FD is a community service provider and they will always provide you with help as long as its reasonable.

Oh I thought he was talking about the tank to. I have seen the fill stations for $30-60 dollars. The tanks are what cost a lot.

You can get it for even cheaper than that, like 110. Tank 80 fill station 30, the most important part is knowing how to fill the tank.

if you live near a city call a bunch of scuba shops and see if they have used tanks to sell.. even if they are a little more expensive it's worth it to save on the shipping
