he has 250 which is not enough for a shocker(wether used or not).
i would suggest going with a used impulse or a 03 cocker. it all depends if you care wether the gun has been used and what your financial situation is(cocker is more upgradable but not as good out of the box).

edit: with either of these guns your gonna need anti-siphoned CO2 or an HPA tank and at least a revvy.
