Can someone tell me why they say a Tippmann is good for Woodsball and a Spyder is good for Speedball? Also which type of Tippmann would be good?

a tippmann is better for woodsball because it is more durable, camoflauged(black>shiny metal), looks more realilistic(more woodsballers are into the whole war game thing), realiable, and teaches you to make your shots count rather then pray and spray(kind of like a pump but to a lesser extent).
a spyder is better for speedball because its fast and thats about all that matters in speedball.

if you play a combonation get the tippy as you can allways upgrade it, if you play speedball all of the time(or more then 3/4 of it) then get the spyder.

Tippmanns aren't camouflaged. Nor do they look at ALL realistic. Tippmann has very limited upgrades becuase of the wya its designed (YOu have to get a special kit if you want an expansion chamber, etc)

If you play a combination get a spyder as you can upgrade it with things that will up its performance. If your REALLY bit by the bug learn about mags then buy one. Your going to want to upgrade.
