Ultimate beginner gun?
Well I started with a Victor 2 Ithink its probably the best gun a n00b can get. Its cheap simple and effective. New a Victor 2 is around $50. Not counting c02,Goggles,Hopper.
The reason I think its a good gun is because it gives the person a foot in the door to the world of paintball. Spyders have tons of upgrades so they can get really into it. There also might be a reason the person decides the sport isnt for him or her. In that case they havent spent much and can atleast keep the gun as something to play around with every once in a while. Selling off the Equipment shouldn't be hard either.
There are alot of noobs that come in asking what is a good gun to get. Not all are truely noobs but for those who are they should focus more on understanding the sport than pouring all their cash into an expensive gun.
In the end skill is what mostly counts in paintball. Buying an expensive gun before figureing that out can suck. There are also alot of other low priced guns that would be good but I haven't had any expirience with them.
So if your a noob and you dont really know anything about paintball I would recommend one of these guns or other low priced yet common guns. Sticking around the forum helps alot to as you learn tons of stuff.

I just made it so that noobs know what a good starting gun is and that not all guns are over $100. When I first started I had no Idea what gun to start with. Asking for help in a Proshop isn't always a good Idea since they are trying to make money. Sure some proshops are pretty respectable but there is one here where they guy tries to sell you tons of stuff you dont need as a noob who isnt even shure if he's going to keep playing.

cant we all just get along....pipe and bash this little baby seal over the head. im tired of seeing it. if i was you grey fox, id change my username and start over (again) and maybe try not to fall back into the rut that got you here in the first place. and as for you other guys, ease up on a nukka. take a breath between complaints.
sorry folks, im just tired of seeing all this CRAP whenever i look into these areas.
resume foruming or whatever it was that you were doing.

im not saying you started anything, all im saying is that you are the only one who can stop this peacibly. (is that a word?) you may be right about them figuring out that it is you even if you choose another name. just change it anyways, and play it cool....as opposed to REALLY ****ING LOUD like you have been. i dont know bozo, but id bet money that it was you based on some of the things ive seen.
