boards that allow players to cheat. Lets their gun shoot insane rates of fire.

Cheater boards do exactly what tmaxx said, they allow players to cheat. Most cheater boards have ramping. Once you hit a certain bps the gun will jump up 5-6 more bps or more.
Most are set at or around 10-12, this will cause a jump up to 15-18bps.
Most of them also ramp the dwell, which will increase your velocity. So you will be shooting 15-18bps at 350fps. When really your just pulling the trigger fast enough for 10bps.
The thing about cheater boards is, that when the gun is just shooting a few shots or is just being chrono'd it's gonna be fine because you have to hit that bps barrier before it takes off.
Maybe that made sense, its early in the morning for me so bare with me.

it wrong because you aren't actually pulling the trigger as many times as it is shooting. it's wrong for the same reasons the full auto function is wrong.

When it increases the speed like that, all its doing is puting mad bounce on the trigger.
No bounce is allowed in tourny's. Unless they don't check for it.

No you will not need a new trigger frame. The board isn't held in the trigger frame is held right above it. Get WAS because it comes with eyes and so you'll be able to hit those insane rates of fire without chopping.

i get y they would want to use those in tourneys but i dont get y having a better fps would be better. is it just to get the ball there that much quicker or what. wouldnt it just cause the balls to break easier.

higher fps means balls go further and less chance of bounce

They want to increase FPS because of several reasons. One is so they break easier. One is so the gun is more accurate(A gun shooting 365 FPS will be more accurate than a gun shooting 265 FPS).

Plus paintballs flying at 350fps will get to their target a lot faster then the ones at 280fps.

plus, if u get shooting too many bps, you could injure someone, imagine poking your head out and getting nailed by 30+ balls, might do some damage. Plus at 350fps. is enuff to send someone to the hospital.
