What is the meaning of "STO" and "FAT"? Which is better for an Autococker? Any other info would be appreciated.

STO is the name Worr games gives some of their stuff
not sure what FAT is never heard of it

It must be just a manufacturers thing because I have come across an STO ram, FAT ram, and a Clippard Ram.

STO is the brand for premium Worr equipment. Some companies make heavy hammers they call "phat" hammers, this is probably what you're thinking of.
