An assault block is a front block made by Custom Products. It angles you reg/gas thru etc at a 15 degree angle.

OK, next question (I don't know that much about pb guns) the Xtra has a bottomline on it, do I need to take it off in order to put a regulator on?

Well, you need to unhook it from your gas thru grip. Then hook it onto your new reg. Before you do this you should probably unhook your drop asa from your gun, makes life easy.
