Guten Tag

Whats going on. Im new to painballing and all that good stuff. Purchased what seems to be a nice beginner gun and that didn't blow my wallet, a Spyder TL-R. I like the way it fires and I can handle it well, but Im gonna have to move the tank, gets in my way too much. Of course, that's going to be the only mod that I know how to do. I like the rate of fire but it could be better, and the accuracy and distance could also be better. Any tips as to what I can modify and how to just make this an over all better gun?

IM a newb too but i can try

Barrels make it shoot more accurate. Youll need to get an electronic grip frame to shoot faster, or change the trigger pull.You can get a Remote which goes from your tank to your gun and then your tank just sits in your bookbag or on a pb belt.

by moving the tank u want it to move farther forward and down a little ways, correct. all you have to do is buy a drop forward for it for like 20 to 30 bucks u can get one

( good day, u need a barrel to get better acc. and as for the speed, u could try some home mods to make it lighter, or just buy a electro frame, by the way do u speak good german? )

You could buy a drop forward or get a remote which would allow you to have the tank on your back. The only downside for a remote is if you play woodsball a lot and it could get caugth (SP?) on the brachs and tress which could cause it to rip.

~~~Glad To Help~~~
You need a drop forward so that the tank will be moved more under the gun and into ur shoulder. You should also invest in a good electric hopper, along with a new barrel. I like the JJ barrels cuz they are cheap or go for a SP progressive or all american barrel.
So basically u should get a nice barrel(e.g. Smart Parts or JJ), a good hopper(e.g. empire, halo b,viewloader). And a good drop forward that fits with the looks of the gun and fits ur needs.
Where are you from ?
@ SEFishy: Your german isn´t too bad, I´m guessing you literally translated english into german. Just some things:
- a gun´s barrel is "Lauf", not "Fass" which is a barrel (hence the mix up) for beverages
- you translated lighter as in Zippo. The word you were looking for is "leichter" as in less weight
