I got a tippy and i want a new barrel. Could I use a barrel like a dye or sumthing else with my 98 custom or do i have 2 stick with a tippy barrel?

DYE, J&J, Evil, Smart Parts, etc. all have barrels with Tippman threads. If you find a barrel you like 9 times out of 10 it will have 98 threads.

I would get a J&J Ceramic barrel because they are very good barrels and if you ever break a ball in the barrel it will clean itself in a few more shots.

get a 12 inch j and J ceramic barrel, best bang for ur buck... should be aorund 35.....

Posting double threads are we? I do not think that is such a good idea, since both threads are almost the same. I have a J&J ceramic barrel, i like it, cuz it was cheap, go with that.

Man, if some people had it their way, this forum wouldn't have any posts in it.

Anyway, get the J&J. I have a 12" ceramic and I love it. The self cleaning is great if you're using a gravity hopper. Those tend to cause more chops than any other hopper.

yes deffinitly go with the J&J
there is no point in getting the high-end barrels and spending $130 on a $140 gun.

Yea, I think I am gunna go for the J&J barrel. Its Cheap and i didn't kno about the self cleaning so that should be good. Thanks every1
