Guide To Buying A Marker

In all the time I've been playing paintball, I've seen great players do stupid things when they buy their first marker. Way to many times do people buy the best and most expensive gun before even playing. Before you make a not so well thought out purchase, just read these tips.

The first thing you're going to want to do is play a few times before you buy. The point is be sure you're going to want to keep playing. So just make sure you're going to keep playing.

Next, remember how I said to play. When you go, check out other people's markers. Don't be afraid to talk and ask some people about diffrent markers. Most markers will be fun to shoot. So remember how it feels in your hands. Not how many BPS it shoots.

Also, remember what kind of paintball your playing. You won't need a 25 bps marker if you play woods. Don't get a Tippy if you want to play speedball. Do your research if you don't know what you want to play.

Another thing, are you going to be willing to fix your gun alot? If not then buy a reliable gun that has basic parts. If you are into that, go ahead and buy a complex marker. If it's your first marker your best bet would be the least complex marker you like.

In conclusion, any marker you get can turn into a failure or a success. Take your time studying and you won't be unssatisfied. Hope my guide helped!

I hate all those long 25 paragraph guides so I just made a little basic one.

:-/ i dont know why noobs dont look things up... its just common sence! like there noobs at life or something. I spent SOOOO much of my time looking up stuff and talking to people, checking reviews, prices, and learing a hell of alot on the way. I still teach my friend (whos been paintballing for 3 years) stuff, and i been playing for about a month. Good guide.
