What kind of mask it is?
What I do with ym profiler, is I take out the lens, and clean out the kitchen sink of dishes, then run it under water. My faucet has a shower type setting on it so I use that.
Don't put any soap or anythign on it. All you really need is water, but try to get it before it dries.
Let it air dry for a day and your all set.

Are the headshields able to be disassembled? if so, take the head cover part apart from the main mask and clean it separately. The foam in them is extremely rough so i doubt water would hurt it... but it might not be a good idea to submerge it in water.

hot water in the sink will work wonders on your mask, especially your lense. my old scott mask was as grimy as you can imagine and it came out clear as glass. i run mine under hot water all around w/ the sprayer for a few seconds on all surfaces, then set it on a towel to air dry. it dosen't hurt to squeeze any trapped water out of the band or foam though

if you take out the lense you could maybe put it in the dishwasher.
I am not responsible for you running your mask.

This is what I do after every day of play, wheter I am shot in the lense or not.
First Step: Dissmantle my googles, by doing that I simply mean take off the lense.
Second Step: Fill up your sink with warm water and submerge both the lense and the google system itself.
Third Step: Leave your lense and google system submerged in the water for a few minutes. When you take them out place the google system on a towel and use a towel (not paper towel, they can permanitly scratch your lense) to wipe off the lense.
Fourth Step: Let the google system air dry for 24 hours, you can use glasses cleaner to more throughly clean your lense.
Fifth, and Last, Step: Reassamble your googles. Make sure you do this the correct and safe way! You do not want your lense to be move your lense out of the lense socket during a game!

The only problem I have with those instructions is that my goggles are really hard to take off. I can't get the lense out without having a tough time getting them off.
I guess it's a good thing they were built strong. But it's really hard to get them off and on again. Lots of trouble when I do it.

I just throw the whole thing in the dishwasher -- just no heated dry..
After a day of play, pods, pack, mask, hopper shells, barrels, all go into the dishwasher. Then just let them air dry.
Works like a charm!

If you practice at it, it will become easier. Plus, if paint dries inbetween the space between your google system and your lenses, it will stain your lense. So that is always good to do.

You shouldn't submerge a thermal lense as this can damage the thermal insert. I personally take out my lens, then run the mask and frame under water and hand wash my lens(spray bottle, etc.)

yeah, theres no real point in removing your lense if you're going to just submerge both like mp11 said. just submerge it all. if you want to save some water, tear it down into its parts, but i see no reason to take out the lense from the rest of it.

Their is a spot where the lense overlaps the google system on most googles. If paint is in their for long periods of time it will permanitly stain your your lense. Search, this happened to someone before and he asked how he could get rid of it, but it had already dried. I would rather take them out every day and make sure I do not stain them.

if its underneath part of the goggle, why does it matter? thats all that dosen't make sense to me. not to mention that if you soak the whole thing in hot water it ought to break that up. but then again, some people have diff problems that i do. to each his own.
