Give a specific gun, we can tell u whether it runs off of co2, n2, or both. does it mean like, cocker pneumatics? if so, cockers can run on co2, so i dont think ud have to use ntirogen with it, if thats even what it means.

Since your name is Tippmann, I am assuming you are referring to Tippmans company name "Tippman Pneumatics" To answer your question, no, you do not have to use Nito/HPA with a Tippmann and Yes you can use C02.

Now if the gun is electric pneumatic, then chances are you will have to use HPA/Nitro.

Thumbs up

Pnuematics on Autocockers control the bolt function. The air is recieved from the inline reg, into the LPR. Then the LPR sends it to the 3-way. Distrubiting the air into two different tubes, using a valve like mechanism, it is distrubited to the ram. One of the tubes sent to the ram makes the cocking mass (bolt, back block, etc) go back, and the other makes it go forward.

Zues, yes, a Raven will run fine off of CO2. Only most electropnuenatics use HPA, or their is a chance you will freeze your soleniod.

Kingman requires Compressed Air/HPA/Nitro for the Primal.

^^ what a company "recuires" means very very little.

just to sum up what mp11 said(wish i had gotten to this thread earlier...). the pneumatics on an autoocker do the job of recocking the gun after every shot. in an autockcocker, rather than using the expelled gas as the force used to recock the gun, the pnumatics do the job. this(in theory) means less kick of the gun as the paintball is leaving the barrel, which means more accuracy.

hm.. i think since they DESIGNED it, i think they would know what theyre talking about.. dont talk about what you dont know.

I'm confident that Bob Long requires the use of HPA in timmies. I guess he's full of ****.
