shouldnt need much more instruction then this.. if u have anything higher then a spyder or clone... u prolly dont need to polish the internals.

Well the instructions are great,but remember you do not have to sand until you hit bare metal.In fact I am sure that HUMMM some people were better off not polishing( ruined bolt,striker,etc).When you polish you bolt and striker try steel wool it will put finer scratches.When doing the striker you make it slicker than pig sh*t and still leave some of the bluing on.Same thing with the bolt.A sos pad will work also you are basicly wanting to reduce friction.Polishing is great don't get me wrong but there is the chance of screwing up also.Goodluck

ive tried doing it with steel wool, and it took me a long as time to notice a difference, so if u got a lot of free time to spend, then it would prolly be safer... but "extra fine" sand paper shouldnt be a problem.
