Got one of those rubber grip things for opening jar lids? That might help.
dishwashing, not medical, rubber gloves can be used for the same effect.
Also a towel or rag combined with pliers or vicegrips will work, but be careful because it will be easy to scratch the barrel.

Oil the o-ring on the barrel and some the threads. Put good amounts on there, not little drops.

To quote somebody who I can't remember said it... 'if you screwed it in that tight with your hands, you can unscrew it with your hands'

try putting where the barrel and the marker meet on top of a lighter. like take a lighter out and start heating up the threads, the fire will burn off any crap you have in between the threads, but make sure theirs nothing flamable on your gun

The heat will expand the barrel too, and melt the rubber o-ring inbetween. It's not loctited, I don't see why you would want to burn it.

If theres any porting in the barrel find something metal (strong so it won't break), stick it in and turn. If you feel it's gunna bend or something then find something stronger.

Take you gun and put it bewteen your legs and twist the barrel to the left as hard as you can. If that doesnt work get someone strong you know to do it. If that doesnt work go up to home depot or some sort of hardware store and ask some strong dude if he can help you out. If that doesnt work I dunno what to tell ya.

ahmadi...that would just be plain stupid...dont put somethin through the porting and turn it...unless its the stock barrel and you dont care about and you are getting a new barrel...sticking somethin in there and turning could mess up the porting and could also do damage on the inside of the barrel

A small scratch or grove on the porting won't "mess it up". It won't mess up the inside because theres no way to get an angle metal piece in there to scratch it up. Do you even know what porting's for? It's for reducing the noise by venting pressure behind the paintball. The more porting can make your overall marker noise quieter. So a couple grooves or scratches on the porting won't mess it up. They did make polish for a reason.

yes i know what porting is for...and also what i mean by it could also mess up the inside is if the metal thing you put in the porting is stronger metal than the barrel the porting could be misshapen...pushing some metal down into the barrel causing it to stick out and have a sharp point which cause breaking paint in the barrel...i dont know if that made any sense because what i am thinking is kinda hard to explain by typing it like this

That's why you don't get a piece of metal thats bigger than the porting. You get one thats smaller so it can fit in easy without harming anything.

i said the piece of metal you use to put into the porting is harder metal than the metal that the barrel is made out of...and then when you use force to twist the barrel where the piece of metal is in the porting there will be tension on those holes and that would cause the holes to become misshaped...not round...and when the shape changes metal moves...it could move down into the barrel as a little sliver and could break balls if sharp enought
like i said in my last post...its hard to explain through this...it like if you throw a piece of metal on the ground...like a small square of 1/16" steel with the edge or corner going toward the ground...where it hits there will be a small piece of metal that either chipped off or went to one of the sides...i dont know if the helps any or not
piece of metal before ________________
piece of metal after _______________/
the thing going up would be a little sliver that would be sharp...maybe that helps????
