that is exactly what he said, how do you not understand.

To answer your question, I think all piranha's are gas-thru compatible, i am not for sure tho. I am not an expert on PMI guns

Expansion chambers, regulators and gas through foregrips will all screw into that part. ONly thing is your friend willhave to reinstall the stainless steel hose.

Once he's picked out any "handle", becuase pretty much anyhandle will work, you need to go to home depot and get some blue loctite.

Use the biggest wrench you can find to getoff that old air hose, and just reinstall it on the new "handle".

Except when you reinstall, use a drop of that blue threadlock loctite from home depot on the threads of the hose. This will prevent it from ever coming loose by accident or from force or whatever.

Why not simply use Teflon?

Because Its a bit easier, especially for a newb whos never changed an air fitting before. I'm partial to loctite anyways, but you could use teflon tape

If the piranha is an R6 you will need to buy an extra part too, like a Piranha vertical adapter, or else you will need to buy a reg/xchamber/grip with smaller top threading, so that it will fit directly into the body of the gun. Also when removing the hose directly from the body, be careful not to strip the threading on the body. I ruined my first gun like that. If its not an R6 then you can pretty much dis-regard this information.
