just take ur gun and practice it w/ both hands for like a few minutes every day. Only way really.

bic pens... hold the cap with your non shooting hand and walk the bottom with your middle/index finger

do wut i do..since im in skool i use my pencil and walk it onto my desk and get the teachers mad...but if u like outta skool then practice on ur gun..like every1 else said or use a pencil, you'll get better

while listening to music, try and drum your fingers in the rythm
start with slow **** and end with drum'n'bass

what i do is take my pencil in school and point it at an angle on my desk suspended right above the desk then hit it so it touches the table and you can hear how fast your shooting.

Here's what i did was check your trigger pull, mine was set out alot so i loosened my trigger and now its like clicking a mouse or a little more, that can increase your speed massively (sp) make sure on that then do the pencil i do that and it helps Lol.

one technique is to start out slow, then increase your walking speed slowly untill your fingers are moving as fast as they can. keep moving as fast as you can for about 10 seconds and then gradually slow down... then repeat. this helped me improve from 7bps to 11bps in just a few weeks. (that means don't expect any major improvements overnight. it takes time, just practice, ractice, practice)

you can practice walking the trigger at school sitting at your desk, walking down the hallway on the side of your leg, and at home with your gun.

yeah... racticing is good, but practicing is sometimes better.

use a rubber band so theres tension.

ya the pencil thing works i do it all the time during class, walking to classess, lunch, home everywhere and your fingers will gradually get faster. just don't piss the teachers of and get a detention.

haha thats what i do too!!! i remember spending a whole geography and honors biology class just walking the trigger.
Sometimes i wear a rubber band on my fingers so its harder to move the fingers
