Embedded U.S. DEA agents report that the Ipials Cartel (a political group who uses drugs to finance their agenda) is preparing an all out grab for power in the county of Colombia. Under the leadership of El Líder Glorios, the Ipials Cartel has initiated two failed attempts to overthrow the legal Colombian government in the last three years. Their goal is to set up a fascist state in South America to act as a staging ground for an eventual assault on our boarders. To make matters worse, the ideology of the Ipials Cartel sympathizes with many of the global enemies.
Intel on the grown confirms that the Ipials Cartel has recently partnered with a brilliant and dangerous all, ex soviet colonel Dr. Vladimir Miasnik Krasnoff. The doctor is a member of the militant pro-Cossack organization Shashka Kazan and is wanted by the United Nations as well as the governments of the United States and Russian for terrorism and classified arms sales.
The executive branch has ordered the United States Special Operations Command to design and enact Operation White Saber against the clear and present danger the Ipials Cartel and Dr. Vladimir Miasnik Krasnoff pose to the international community.
