Tomorrow is 9/11, Have you forgotten?
Where was everyone during the 9/11 attacks?
I was in 8th grade, in social studies when this happened. Our teacher took us to the library and we watched it on television. The school never commented about it over the intercom but everyone knew about it. I cant believe I saw it live, kudos to that teacher, I witnessed history in the making.
Wow, I almost forgot I made this.
Tribute to our troops set to the song Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue by Toby Keith. For a school project, thats why the poem is added in there.

Wth, how old are the two of you? Im 16 and I was in 5th I believe, on the bus something came up somehow. Then at school they didnt say much. I was too young and immature to know what the twin towers were, even though I was there 2 weeks before.

Jr year. We were taking a career test and they didn't wanna bother us. a friend came in and told us one building got hit by a plane, but at that point we all thought it was a mistake and a small prop plane. by the time the test was done one building had fallen and the seniors and us watched it via sattalite that a teachers dad brought in and put in the gym

The first plane to hit the towers flew over my school on the path to the towers. The kids outside saw it and one even commented it was low.
Yea, and I knew 2 guys on the flight that crashed in PA. They were football coaches from another town. They were part of the revolt, I think one of them was a leader.
I was able to see the smoke, and my dad was called in to work on the trucks since he's a town mechanic for a NJ town.
Scary-ass-****.

6th grade. My teacher wouldn't let us in the room while he watched the TV then he explained it to us. I had no idea what it was but wow. My neighbor was supposed to be on one of the flights but his flight was switched. Talk about luck.

7th grade, I walked into art class and my friend said a building was hit by a plane I was like wtf? you're kidding.. I didn't take it seriously. We went to the library and it was on TV and I still didn't realize what had happened. I just thought it was the news about pollution because it looked like a smoke stack, then two smoke stacks. I didn't realize what had happened til I got home and watched the news.
It's like yesterday..

Eight Grade, I was sitting at the halls of my school when someone walked in and said a plane crashed into the tower. I had no idea what tower they meant until later that day.

Sixth grade. We sat in a circle and talked about it. I didn't see the significance at the time. The weirdest part was that I had a dream almost like what happened in the show seven days, there was a missile going to hit the pentagon and the dude went back in time to stop it. In my dream I was the missile headed for the pentagon and I couldn't do **** about it. I didn't want to hit it but I did. It was really scary when I found out what had happened, I felt responsible in a way.

No, I don't forget. My b-day is the 12th I never forget what it comes after.
8th grade, heard about it only minutes after the 1st. They rolled in a TV and we watched the 2nd hit. Only the 7th and 8th graders were told or allowed to watch. When the 1st tower fell...well damn, we were all speechless. It was an amazing event and it took me years to even begin to attach emotions to what I had seen. During that day I didn't really feel anything beyond an abstract "i'm going to remember this forever" moment and wondering why I didn't feel anything other then amazement (that it could happen) at what I was seeing.
