I use to live in MD there are two good fields close to DC. Outdoor Adventures in Bowie, and Ann Arundel County Paintball Park in Hanover.

OA is a nice field, just too many noobs trying to play on the hyperball couse, it s not fun unless you practice with a team on the airball field

Paintball adventure park (paintballwholesalers.com) is a good place to play. $15 all day air and you can bring your own paint, however their paint is cheap too. Great place to play.
