For every $40 you spend, you get a raffle ticket for a FREE raffle held each Friday, with the first raffle being held on July 30th. The free raffle doesn't cost anything, it's free and the prize is determined by the number of tickets given out during the week of the raffle with a minimum value of $50. It's a way to give back something to those that shop at Splatdome.

I dont get it, if you spend 40 dollars you get a free ticket, that doesnt seem free to me.

true, and the least you can win is only $10, because 50-40=10, and that's only if you win.
