Are there any places in Rochester to play paintball or any paintball shops that aren't in the city. The reason I say that is the city is pretty bad, so it would be nice if there are places to do that stuff outside of it.

most places arent in the city.
look in a phonebook.

Pro Paintball field and store
Performance paintball store
Pat's Paintball Field and psuedo-store
The jello factory paintball field and psuedo-store
Compete paintball outdoor field(the indoor one is in the city)...though its in Ontario county
GRC though thats a 1.5 hour drive

-Pat's and Pro are the best indoor places since the other one is really expensive($80/case compared to $55) Pat's is more newbie friendly.
-GRC and Compete ontario are the only outside fields
-In general i find that performace is the best shop.

Thanks for the info PaintBallBob. A friend and I want to try playing paintball we thought about going to pro this weekend maybe we will try pat's place it about the smae distance from both are house, and we are newbie.

sersiously, violence in the city is way over rated. there are like 30 deaths every year and most of them arent random. Its just gangs killing gangs.

I have never been to Compete do they have a good shop or is it just a field? How much is paint/addmission?

they have about tthe same size shop as pat's, maybe a little bigger.
i wouldnt go there to buy anything otther then batteries and stuff.
