Well, this may help

rules seem to be the same anywhere...they are guns, so they can cause damage, in other words, dont walk down the street with one in your hand. Also, a good idea if you get pulled over with a paintball gun in your car, or in visible sight and don't want it to be mistaken as a real gun, let the cop know ASAP.

this is basically the guidelines you should follow:

- Dont carry a loaded gun in public
- Dont shoot in public
- Make sure you have your barrel plug/sock on whenever you are not on the field
- Dont shoot people, houses, cars, or anything that belongs to other people

thats basically it you shouldnt get any problems with cops and paintball guns as long as you arent going on shooting sprees around town

bassicaly NYY explained it. It's not illegal to use them if you obey the laws just you have to be over 18 to purchase them. Espicially at Wal-Mart. Cops wont care if you have just a paintball gun in your car cause its legal and you could have a gun in your car just sitting in the seat if you have a permit I dunno about it being loaded but then again niether should the paintball gun be.

i drove on my bike (i am 19) with my paintball gun in my case and a case full of paintballs and a chest protector and mask on my rack of my bike , got pulled over and the cop asked what i was doing , told him going to play some PB , he checked out my gun and said not bad , get a better hopper he said , i just laughed
