Anyone know some good places to play for free? We are just getting started and I don’t want to have to pay the standard $15 admission for the field.
Someone told me that there might be some good places off of Mountain Loop Highway on some DNR roads.
We visited an Abandon Mill up toward Darrington, very cool place but it is just to far of a drive for me. (located in Lake Stevens)
Any advice you can provide is much appreciated.

Finding people to play with
Hello, i am recently trying to pick up paintballing again and i live in the bellevue area. I was wondering if there are any paintballing clubs, teams or if anyone even wants to get together to go play at one of the fields. I recently moved up here as well so do not really know that many people who i can ask to go play with.

well im down in Auburn and id be more than happy to have someone else to join, what are you shooting? as you can see in my sig i am kinda up there on the performance level, if you like speedball thats great as i havnt found too many of my friends who are willing to come with me to the field, i usually go with a group (6-10 people usually) out into some woods in the covington area, we all use HPA and bring a few scuba tanks with us and we own our own fill stations so if woodsball is your thing you can come join us for that too. if your using co2 let me know, we can get a 50lb co2 tank too or at least have enoufgh co2 tanks floating around to get you through a day

that sounds great.... well i found a pretty fair price angel a4 force fly that i am going to be picking up soon. Speedball is what i am trying to get into playing and a co2 tank will not be needed....i have recently found two tanks on craigslist a 3500 and 4500 pure energy tank, i do not however know the difference between the two so i am doing a lil research to find out which tank i need to get. I am also looking for all the gear as well to play speedball as in all the pads, pods, clothing and hoppers ect.... So i should be up and going in a week or so..... You said that your up there in performance level... seems like im going to be getting shot ALOT, which is fine thats how you get better.. i am very excited to be playing with you guys in the future..... if you would like to get a hold of me by email it is patrick_jo24@hotmail.com thank you

cool cool ill put it in my email
as for the equipment you are looking at, you probably mean you are looking at a 3000 psi tank and a 4500 psi tank, the difference is how much air they hold, the same sized 4500 psi tank will hold more air than the 3000 psi tank, i would recomend looking for a 68 ci 4500 psi tank, they are a great size and still hold plenty of air.
what is steering you towards the angel? hold off on picking that up, i seem to remember something about some angels being low pressure only, ill check on that and hopefully get an answer today
for the pack, nothing can beat the NXe packs IMO, awsome design to them, go check them out, pods, are pretty much personal preference.
for now the clothing/pads are not needed, worry about those later, some old dark jeans and a long sleeve shirt and maybe jacket are all you will need. and some old sneekers are good. starting out, yes you probably will get shot a little more untill you pick up the basics, i am trying to get my group of people to go play some speedball and it sounds like by the time i convince them all to come you will be ready so i will let you know

the more air the better i guess lol...... whats steering me toward the angel is basically all the reviews i have read about them so far, and would it matter if the gun is low pressure only? and im not worrying that much about the other gear i jus want a functional working gun for now...... the other things will come slowly.... and the closest shops i believe from me r by where u live and in everett...... but if u email me real quick i can show u the markers i am looking at thanks.

yes it matters, you dont want to put 850psi of air into a marker that is designed for 400, bad news if you do, the a4 is in fact low pressure so you will need a tank with a lp regulator on it, not a huge deal its usually just a little more expensive to find the right tank. but like i said in the other thred, go talk to the people at the shop first and see what they carry parts for, trust me its no fun if a $2 part breaks to have to order it online and pay $3 in shipping fees only to wait a week for it to arrive, its much better to go to the shop and pick up the part and usually some free advise
ill shoot you an e mail in a bit, my lunch break just ended though so its back to the sprinkler work
