well, if its a morder game for you then you all must not have been shooting at a good velocity. you all were probably under 250 fps. and even if you were shooting at a good velocity, your paint to barrel match must have been REALLY bad.

VM-68, 13yrs old and still can pack a punch. TUG still has some as rentals. And I have seen one with dual tanks front and rear reach speeds of 700fps over the crono without breaking paint.

Mounting the two tanks would be fine. The problem is that it won't give that velocity he claims, it will only create a larger tank of air to draw from.
I'm saying that is completly made up, until someone proves me wrong.

what you want to play is a army style game where you use Look-a-like guns and stuff
thats a fun way to play but its not really what paintball is..
but hey if you got the $ and you want it i would go for it

Cynical, is it that hard to understand? You've asked him plenty of times and obviously if he hasn't stopped then there is a probel right (He doesn't speak english well, or he is young)?
I found his grammar to be quite easy to read.
James, it seems you are more interested into woodsball / scenario. Check out a website called www.rap4.com and click on the online store. They have many guns that look awsome 100% like their respective models, while the A-5 can't even compare.
The Rap4 is magazine fed and the co2 is in the stock so it even looks like a real gun.
There is nothing wrong with increasing the velocity past 300 fps. Police do this to train with the velocity around 400. However DO NOT try this with a normal goggle system or hopper as they are not made to withstand that velocity.

Airsoft is more laided back and depends alot on the gun (of course skill is a big part too). Yet in paintball your marker is not as dependable as your skill. I'm not saying a timmy is gonna get beaten up by a syder (it all matters on how you look at it). Your skill is the trust in your gun. If your skill is high enough for a timmy yet you have a syder there is a differents. You can't get to your max skill with that syder. Yet in airsoft if you have a sniper your going to kill at far range but not at short. If you got a shotgun then your going to depend on close range. It all matters on the style of play. I love going paintballing more than airsofting because airsofting takes alot longer. You can play paintball with all the relaxing by going woodsball. Woodsball your going to relax a little but then when you find a enemy you will throw paint at him and it will go back to the same style and same with airsoft.
Now that I wrote about the difference in paintball and airsoft (my opinion so don't flame). If you have choicen paintball heres a gun for you http://xpaintball.com/woga03sniipu.html. It doesn't have the look but its your "sniper gun". It doesn't add any range (a little but not much) or is more accurate (I don't know if its more accurate or not). Yet if does give that feeling of sniping. Don't add red dot or a scope they really don't help. If your look for cheaper but still same great deal heres a gun http://www.bulldogpaintball.com/phantom.html (i say you buy a phantom). Yet there is no sniping in paintball (in my opinion but other people say there is). If you stay in back with that gun your not gonna get anyone. You might get someone depending on your skill/luck. All in all I hope I helped.

However, it is only avaliable for tippmanns(not necessarly a bad thing since tippmanns have the tac-op look as well).

Yeah, this is basically the farthest shooting barrel you'll find out there, but sadly it's only for Tippmanns.
So if you did get a tippmann then get an A-5 with the flatline and a response trigger as well for some added speed.

^yeah, i seen them in the ii sports catalog. liiks really cool, but the flatline is all hype, you CANNOT put backspin on a paintball and expect results other than a ton of wingers because their is paint inside the ball that isnt spinning. the only time a flatline will work is if your using re-balls or v-balls, the only time!!!!

There is a company that makes them (wish i could find the website) and they're also gonna make an AK-47 model. They claim that us amrines train with these things but I'm not sure about that. it seems like a good idea, but it's really expensive.
you could also say that a Q-loader is a type of "magazine" because it is spring loaded.

just so you know, military uses m4a1. terrorist use ak-47. ive seen self propelled paintballs before. they were shot out of a modified m4a1. i dont think you can buy these though.
Edit: oh yeah, dont use airsoft paintballs in an AEG. they will crap your gun up
