Okay i would like to pin-point a problem with my pro-e marker...

1. The gun is a .68 caliber and i use.68 caliber pballs and i use a evil pipe kit with a .685 caliber and the balls keep bursting... The velocity im not sure of because i havent chronographed it yet but the regulatior guage says about 280 psi...which is probaly 250 fps. Im not quite sure...

2. I have a HPA 3000 psi 48ci tank and whenever i shoot sometimes it cocks sometimes it doesnt cock all the way. And when i shoot it makes the noise like its out of air but its not the guage on the tank says 2000 psi.

These problems are probally related but not sure...

edit: i have tried to losen the regulator and tighten it... and use the stock barrel it still does it...

first off, its a piranha, i had one once, i hated it, chopped paint way to much, advice is, go get a new gun, or get the nicest board you can find for it, or just lube it up.

check the gripframe, it could be loose causing the sear to not grab the hammer

1. Your pipe front is probably too small. most paintballs run in the .689 area, so try that.

2. Sounds like a problem with lubing, or like kenny said your sear might be loose or something.
