I bought one, and the board is messed up. When I bought it, it worked out nicely. Where can I get a new board? or is it even worth it?

Ok so If I buy this board, it will work in my TES? Ive tried so hard to find a new board...Since this doesnt come with eyes, can I use the stock eyes, and somehow hook that up to the board? or is it not worth the effort and just buy new ones.
