Question Spyder Pilot ACS problems

okay im kindof new to paintballing i started about 3 or 4 months ago and i bought a Spyder Pilot ACS for some reason it chops balls so i bought an electric hopper because i thought that the balls weren't loading fast enough, but i didn't get to try the hopper because every time i cock the gun to shoot i only take one shot and the gun uncocks.

I did go get my Co2 tank refilled and that wasn't the problem. Then i tightened all the main places the gun could leak at and that wasn't the problem. I also unscrewed my Co2 tank and it did have a broken O-ring but i replaced it and that didn't work.

I haven't tried getting a new Co2 tank yet i think that that might be the problem.

any ideas?

it probably has burrs somewhere in it, or one on the bolt. I have one and it didn't chop back when I actually used it.
