Splatmatic .50 Cal Pump Shotgun

We've all seen it online. $40.00 - $50.00, 18 rnd mag, pump operated, .50 cal, 190 FPS. No batteries. No CO2.

Has anyone here owned one? My friend and I are sorely tempted. We personally sport much better equipment but figure it'd be fun to have two of these laying around for our own amusement or for a friend to pick up.

Are they junk or what?

pump markers are fun. you can buy a normal .68 cal for about the same price though. Those .50 cal paintballs aren't cheap.

also, anything spring operated wouldn't fly very far, and may make it not fun.

Who makes a quality .68 Cal pump marker for $50 ??

That's the one concern I really had was the spring rate.

you can't buy many pumps new that are that cheap, but you can pick up older, quality pump markers for around $50 used on PBnation.com. check teh b/s/t section. It'll take some looking, but it's definately worth it.

what pumps do you know that break easily? you've obviously never handled quality stuff. I encourage you to know what you're talking about before you speak up about it.
