VL marker question?????

hi guys.. my freind got a VL marker with e trigger but he's using co2 with it and the marker seems to work fine...how come?
since i know that elettronic markers should work with compressed air and not with co2 ....?
will the co2 give him problems with hes marker in the future?

electropneumatic markers dont' work well with co2 because the solenoids are sensitive to pressure and it must be regulated very well. CO@ can spike due to expansion and blow out the solenoid. Contrary to(seemingly) popular beliefe, it's not to to how cold it is.

You viewloader is a sear tripper and the co2 never touches the solenoid.

It operated the exact same way as a mechanical marker does, except that a pancake solenoid moves the sear, instead of the trigger action.

I'm guessing that 120 euros is about 60 usd (could be completely wrong), but the reason it's so cheap is because it's basically a Spyder clone, and since it's very simple in design, AND that it's from a company what doesn't specialize in paintball markers.
