Separating Diablo Wrath LP hose from LP fitting

Okay, here's the deal. I went to go clean the inside of my Diablo Wrath a while back and when I went to screw the LP hose fitting from the ram housing, the screw twisted and snapped in half for some reason! So now I'm ordering a new LP hose fitting, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to take the LP fitting off of the hose without breaking something. How would I go about doing this?
