Kingman Chaser issues

Hey there, so my friend gave me one of his brand new Chasers that he had as a birthday gift, and i was always curious about the marker but didnt want to pay full price lol. My friend has an Eraser that works great, but my chaser is just breaking balls 24/7 and the amount of times ive taken it apart to clean it, after having it 3 days, is insane. Ive shot maybe 5-6 mags total, and only one of them i was able to get through 9 full balls without breaking any. The rest ive broken a few balls and had to take the marker apart to clean AND the magazine.

The fps is set to the absolute minimum it can go, turning the screw counter clockwise, so i dont understand why its breaking so many balls. The marker is new but HAS been sitting in the box for 2 years or so, so the only thing i can think of is that the paintballs have gone bad but it takes my weight, using my heel to stand on the balls, in order to break one, so they seem pretty tough to me.

I just wanted to see if anyone had one of these and DIDNT have problems with breaking balls. Kinda wish i didnt receive it as a gift because its not worth the hassle lol

icic, no where close by sells the rap4 stuff, but i was able to find some powder balls which shoot GREAT, no breaks and shoot pretty accurate. I did hear bad things about the kingman paintballs but i didnt think they would be that bad.. ill have to order some rap4 stuff online and give it a try.
