ive been looking into getting a new gun and i play mostly in the woods and what not and i was wondering if anyone could post some

Sim4 is the best .68 cal milsim marker out there. The 100% best cant beat it best milsim marker is the .43 or .40 cal rap4 (www.rap4.com)

Ive never shot an armotech. But I would rather spend $450 on the spetz A5
than $560 on the WG-66. Everbody that goes mil-sim gets the armotechs. Think outside the box and be different.

Or better yet spend $750 on the true pimp milsim marker! Sorry for the double post. But for real, Dare to be different. with the A5 set ups you get the cyclone feed. The armo's dont even come with a hopper. You can micro cap the A5 for 30 rnd capacity. And 9 out of 10 A5 kits are designed to be used with aftermarket barrels. Unlike the armo's which require the stock barrel. But none the less I hear that armo's stock barrels are quite nice. But since Ive never shot one I can not substantiate this. I had the chance to shoot an armo once but it was broke so I got cheated out of that one

that a5 is sweet but i dont think i want to spend quite that much money on a gun ill prob spend about 500 and now im would be better off getting a gun that i could use for woods and speedball

any suggestions on that?

$350 on a mech cocker. Then up that baby to an Eblade when you get the dough.

Electronic trigger frame for cockers. Really nice. But they cost about as much as the gun. Cockers are about the most rewarding money pits on the PB market

The pic i posted above is a gun available at xpaintball.com I think it was about $650. Its got an ebalde on it already. Thats a nice gun.

Smitty you double poster! I've ogtta say, as much as I dont favor tippmanns, the A5 spetsoyle kit is one of the most realistic looking ones I've seen. The mag is an actual AK mag.. The piston and barrel look nice. The stock looks good. The recieer is the only flaw. But its better then an armotech. I am still opposed to any milsim marker with a hopper adn takn comming from it.

If you play on your own in your own woods, get a rap4. The rap4, Rap5, and glock rap are the most relaistic markers you can get. They are soon making an AK and M249 too. They also have tons of .68 cal kits, like a spyder that looks most EXCELLENT, dispite the hopper adn tank comming off it.

The A5 milsim kits are cool, but if you do that math buying an A5 plus the kit is almost always more expensive then buying a SIM-4.

A SIM-4 retails for $400, the AK47 kit that was shown above is $499.95 ALONE at OpsGear, then add in an A5 for another $250 or so and you have a $750 tippman A5 that's harder to clean and field strip then a SIM-4, and doesn't shoot any better then one. Hell you could buy a SIM-4 RIS Elite and have all the scopes & goodies for $570 and still have $180 left over for a hopper & tank!

Now keep in mind I'm not saying that A5 kits are bad. That A5 is a great gun (my friend's brother has one), and they do look really cool with the mil-sim kits. I'm just pointing out that you can get a gun that looks more authentic, shoots just as well (if not better), and is easier to clean & field strip for for almost 1/2 the price.

It's durable as hell, consistant, easy to maintain, and looks/feels amazing. After using my SIM-4 for so long when I play with my friends Timmy or my old Pirahana, I can't stand holding them. They feel like toys, regardless of how the Timmy performs.

Yeah but if your gonna spend $500 on military looks why not go all out? The A5 spetz is only $450 including the gun. I bet Alpha has written over 12 GB of sniper crap and Magnus effect essays on here in the past but one thing for sure that I agree with him on is that RAPs kick butt!

Anyways, I like M16s more then AK47's. I like the look of em. ITs all what you want your marker to look like. What if you hate AK47's? Then what are you to do?

ariakon guns are crap, which is what the sim series are, and rap4 also suck, the clips can only be swapped when fully empty, and there only good for cqc and training, go with a warsensor, any will do, and with the hop up barrel, ive heard of it getting kills at 200+ feet
btw warsensor and armotech are the same company, just the ws have hopup barrels and come with the fake clip installed, also scepter is coming out with a WORKING clip kit that will work on either gun

o yeah and "$560 on the WG-66" yeah right, more like 480$ or 500 for a ws66

The ''clips'' look so stupid and gay. Hey look at me I have an oversized lego in the shape of a nam style 5.56 nato mag on my unp[roportionate crappy gun. No. There are no kills in paintball.

EDITL: And furthermore, you mean mag, not clip. Big difference between clip and mag.
