Anyone heard of the Assault 80 paintball gun? Anyone know who makes them?

the assault 80 is made by war machine, its phneumatic and supa effcient and fast. I really like them. They're board is capped at 23 though, but thats the only flaw i've seen so far.

how is 23 bps a flaw? most people cat get 20 without bounce. the flaw i see is they are fugly

some people like uncapped/really high capped boards, and the assault 80 isn't fugly IMO

Its a spool valve design I believe, so it operates similar to the modern shockers. I think that design has some sealing problems with orings and stuff. but I wont claim to be an expert.

they're fine, don't worry bout o-rings. If by any chance you get a faulty one you get a load of them for free soo..

I think MovingTarget on here had one, they are not very well known guns. They also have problem with the barrel.

I haven't heard much about these. I saw it on pbreview, that's how i know about it. It seems pretty cool, just kinda bad looking imo. What was wrong w/ the barrel?? Doesn't it move back and forth as u shoot? did that cuase the problem?

stock barrels usually suck, you're better off getting a after market barrel right away.

Ya most stock barrells do suck, but wut makes this marker's barrel so bad? Does this gun have the same barrell threads as some other markers?

you shouldn't just judge a gun on looks. Sometimes a piece of art can be ugly on the outside but well preforming on the inside, and in the end, THAT'S WHAT COUNTS! I do believe this is autococker threaded, and the two piece system isn't too well setup, but it'll get you by untill otherwise.

thats cool the gun is cocker threaded. the assault 80 is kinda ugly, but it rips pretty well (at least that is wut i heard).

doesnt the barrel move back and forth when you shoot?
its supposed to reduce recoil or somethign

the gun has a bolt, and it shoots at 75 psi. once adjusted this is a very very efficent gun. With eyes the board speed is gonna jump when the eyes come out. i say go for it bubbahotep.
