i have a spyder special edition and when i shoot it it sounds like the tank is almost empty and i have to recock it. i know the tank is not empty and i have taken it apart more than once and replaced o-rings and i have not been able to figure it out. what do ya'll think it is?

go into the stacked tube blowback forums and post this.... Here is the link for the spyder forums... as far as whats wrong sounds like you might had worn down the sear or the catch on the hammer.

is it doing that rapid fire thing like when they run out of air, or is it just commin back and not cockin all the way and you just have to pull it like 1/4 inch? If its doin the rapid fire thing it is probably a worn down sear and the hammer is not catching on it...or the other way around. Take the trigger frame off and look at the sear, see if it looks like its been worn down, if so..replace it. Also check the hammer, if the lip is somewhat rounded off your gonna want to replace that too. If it is cocking almost all the way you might want to turn your velocity up and try again, might not work, but that could be all that it is. To solve this prob you could also check the sear and hammer, thats the only thing i can think of. ..Maybe a new spring??

its doin the rapid fire and i know for a fact the tank is full (i have even used 2 different tanks to be sure thats its the gun)

i know i was just sayin that the gun is actin like the tank is empty but i know for a fact that its not. just in case sombody was thinkin: "well maybe he's tank is empty and he thinks its not". i'm just giving good detail is all
