Check the cup seal or any of the o-rings on the internals. An o-ring is probably broken.

ya its definatly the cupseal. you can replace it , it doesnt cost much. take it to your local shop they should be able to fix it. but before that check the o rings on your valve, bolt, and hammer

Check the cupseal, thats what it sounds like. Like Ch4oa said, check the O-rings too, although my money is on the cupseal.

you could check brasseagle.com, i think they make those guns. They probably have schematics and stuff that may help.

Also, if you don't have enough air in your tank, on some guns, the cupseal will not seal.

These guns are manufactured by machine and assembly align, so i wouldn't be surprised if they installed the cupseal incorrectly.

Hate to ask this, but...

Did you cock the marker before screwing in the tank? I'm almost afraid to ask, but I figured I might as well try. If the bolt is forward and holding down the seal, it's-a gonna leak.

In case you ever have a small leak, do this: mix up some dish detergent 1:1 with water (very thick) or get some bubble soap and spread it on suspect leaky seams. It's poor-man's leak detector. Where you see the bubbles is where your leak is.

Depending upon how kind your local store is, most places will fix simple problems like this free of charge. (With the thought that you'll probably buy something while you're in there waiting...) Good luck.
