What was your first post ? I don´t see anything. If it was a pic, try attaching it so I can see it, too.
As for your question, I´m pretty sure there are special regulations for the military, seeing how they manage to get their real guns/assault rifles etc over here. But if you were trying to bring it over here with your personal stuff, say in your own suitcase, with a regular airline, you´d be subject to the same regulations as anyone else. Maybe you ought to ask a foreign laws expert regarding transportation. The military has somebody of that sort doesn´t it ? As for playing, you´d have to get an F-Stamp ( I think I explained that before, haven´t I ? ) first so it can be identified as a "free weapon" and you´d have to lower your velocity to ~214 fps (xplained the reason for that aswell, I recall) . If you´ve got further questions, feel free to pm me.

I gonna push that thread up!
I'm from Germany, too! And just like Timmynator located near Düsseldorf.
As you already have been told, paintball life in Germany is not that excited that it's in the US. Velocity limit at 214, F - Stamp for our Guns. Mean that we can't import any guns to Germany. And that really sux, if we see the prices of the guns in american shops. You can't afaik import any important parts for a weapon like barrels, grip and body. Anything else will not be a problem. But order in a country that far away. The delivery conditions are cute But that all doesn't take the fun out of paintball. In Germany are that much teams, leagues and tournaments! The biggest Tournament there is, is the Maxs Masters! I don't know if you ever heard of it, but Teams like Dynasty also play there.
I think that was all i wanted to say!
bye
kai

how do you get alot of International teams to play if you cant import any paintball markers? Especially all the parts that those kind of teams carry with them, it would look like they are going to supply a terrorist group.

The Shops which are organizing these tournaments have a license for weapons, because they also import Guns without this F-Stamp to Germany and let the F stamp on it then. That's why they're able to bring international teams to Germany.

I think the big tournies are allowed speeds above 214. I can't see them having euro masters in bitburg or where ever its at in germany if they can't shoot over 214. I can't see teams like dynasty avalanche allstars and other big huge name teams going over if they need to drop speeds limits by a third.
Im guessing its only tough on guys like these. if you have a tourney series or otherwise are promoted by someone with the right licensing you will be fine. You can also get your tagging or permits done at fields in germany. I would suggest calling a big big name field in germany and seeing what they say
I know theres a huge shop called maxs paintball look up max sport or maxs paintball sport something like that.
Ive been looking into play there in the past just because I will be joining up with the us army and alot of folks get stationed there in there lives.

i live near kitzengin and wuerzburg. My field is on a american base so all german rules dont mean any thing. and you can import guns over here because i have a military apo address so the dam germans never get their hands on my precious goods.
and at tourneys like max masters they dontmake the teams go to 214.

paintball in germany sucks
hi,
if you want to play paintball in europe, you better can go to the Netherlands, (not because i'm dutch ) but because in the Netherlands there are no laws for paintball. So there is no minimum age to play this sport and you don't need f-stamps or other crap. There are only some rules, like every sport have. Belgium is by the way also nice.
