a mixed gun team
No arguements here please. I just want to say something about the spyders and tippys. I am a captin of a paintball team an we have nothing but spyders and tippys. They really work good together, while you can upgrade tippys to snipers, you can get the spyders to cover the snipers if they are found. long range and short range, works good together. any other teams have this same relationship. PLEASE NO ARGUMENTS LIKE I CAN KICK YOUR A** WITH A TIPPY VIS VERSA. WE DONT WANT THIS

yes
it depends... Im nto trying to argue or anyhting but here it goes. Tippys and spyders are good fror recball and woodsball. But when it comes to tournament ball, these guns are just not good enough. You can upgrade a spyder to be decently fast, same with a tippy; but its not the same as having an angel or timmy. These guns are fast and accurate. So i agree with you in a sense. But if your a touney baller a tippy or spyder isnt a great gun. But teams like Tippman effect have really upped tippy's and Bad Company has upped sSypders and ravens. They arnt GREAT guns, but they can give u some good pop for the cash they aer for

No Arguments or hostility intended. Most paintball guns, STOCK, can achieve a range of 150-190 feet. I agree, spyders as well as tippmanns are great guns, but they both have the same range, give or take a few feet (with FPS and other variables factored in.) Spyder doesnt classify as a 'short range' gun, and nor does tippmann classify as a 'long range' gun. They both pretty much cover the same distance, same with a Piranha, same with a Brass Eagle, same with a timmy, angel, etc. They all cover the same range. I have a video link that Tyger from Webdog Radio proves this correct in if you need more convincing.

sure if u are playing woods r sumthing. a tippy could never survive in a actully tourny (unless it is heavily modifed like tippman effect) and i hope the stuff about short range any long range was a joke as well as the sniper bs.

Tippman Effects guns aren't really *heavily modified* but thats besides the point. Eh I've seen guys use Spyders etc in rookie tournies there survivable..In general your going to see more chopping, heavier recoil, if you still have stock barrels, worse accuracy etc etc when compared to higher end markers.

Alot of guns are prone to problems stock. You won't see much chopping with a spyder if you upgrade it accordingly, as well as a hopper..

i totally agree
i carry both a machine gun spyder and a sniper tippmann with me when i play
if i have to sniper someone, just pull that good ol' 25 pound tippmann out. if i have to lay down massive amounts of paint with my spyder and non agitating hopper, then i do.
im a one man team, you and your multiple man team sucks hard anus

im guessing you play woods because you said to cover the snipers if they are found, and you cant really hid in speed ball unless you are small and hide under a dorito.

Right on!
And I'm giving Chris37 a warning! Don't make ridiculous threads again, especially being new to the forum and not catching the drift of the kinds of things that are worthy to post about.
Closed.
