X-Paintball
Well just about two weeks ago, March 12th I decided to order a grey Proto Practice jersey so I could be jive when I ball it up.
One week went by and I was like "ok where is it." So now were are coming up on the second week, and just now I was told it was back ordered. This completely pissed me off that it took them 2 weeks to tell me they were back-ordered heh.
Just sharing my experience, now my order is cancelled and PB Gear has received $32.

Ya, I hate that.
Same thing happens to me.
PBG almost never has anything that is on their site either.

its not just Xpb. I waited 3 weeks from stuff from action village. then they finally sent me an email saying it was back ordered. And yes. i called them the week before, and the week before. THey said it was shipped then. so dont let just 1 bad experience turn you away from them.

i know the manager of xpaintball personally. he plays for tippmann. he is a good guy but kind of a dick at the same time. when i go to the warehouse, they never seem to have anything i ever need. in all honesty, i wouldnt buy from there. they always seem to be back ordered

So how about I ordered some parts for a Tippmann from paint ball fanatics in Pittsburgh, thinking that the short shipping distance would save time.
No reply to emails, so 2 weeks or so later I start calling them. Takes 3 days of calling to get someone to answer instead of voicemail, which they don't seem to answer. They are kind enough to tell me that one part is no longer carried by them and that money was refunded. The other part I wanted is backordered and will "go out later this week."
We come up on one full month from the order date, and I get a package from them. It's some A-5 parts, and not owning an A-5 I have no use for them. I call again, but now it seems that the entire staff has taken off to Florida for a tournament. Voicemails no longer work, as they are full. Week and a half later, I finally get through on the phone and have them send me prepaid shipping labels to return their wrong stuff. About one month after that I finally get my parts.
Short- Waited almost 2 months for parts from a store near 3 hours away. Ended up buying half of them somewhere farther away, got those in 2 days.

i didnt bother to read anything but the first post but that sucks dude.
A couple weeks ago our proshop was ordering some jersys from National Paintball Supply and they had like 2 jersys of the kind they wanted in stock and they were like yellow or somethin. Jared was like wtf? and got all madcuz their the only place to buy most paintball products from if your a business. National Paintball people are douches anyways cuz they take small businesses for granet(sp) but Jared is opening up the 2nd or 3rd largest indoor paintball field/store in america in a couple months and when they start getting alot of business and National Paintball wants to make deals w/ them they are just gonna tell NP to take their business somewhere else and start ordering from a smaller business to help them out too.

Your proshop owner is an idiot then. To have the backing of National one of the largest pb companies around is fantastic...he wants to throw all that away? i laugh.
