you know what i think this may realy be.......a little preventitive measures on dye's part to keep smart parts from starting more crap over the microswitch battle. i dont know what settlement is there, but i wouldnt be suprised to see this settled out of court for some kind of co ownership of the patent(i beleive wdp did the same thing to SP)
