I hate this place. it gives you no good advice. I was tryin to find out if ZAP performance was good paint and some people gave it 1/10 and others 10/10. I think it is just a bunch of noobs who have probably never even used the product.
And as a side note does anyone like ZAp performace plus.

By that, you mean Pbreview? You spelled review wrong in the title, you spelled it r-e-v-E-I-w. And yes, my first case of paint was Zap and I did like them, they are good quality, *but* they aren't the greatest, but will do for Rec Ball.

I think all the reviews on PBR are all biased... from people who have never tried anything better and give everything a 10/10.

Some of the reviews are ok, but some of them are just wrong. There have been people giveing blades 10/10 and i supose for the type of paintball some people do a blade would be ok(ex. shooting crap in the backyard). then some are just wrong with little or no proof to back up their rating.

I don't pay attention to every review, only the ones that are long/well thought out, and to the people that say they have tried multiple similar products.

I dont like that site because people rate things after the used them only for a few minutes, also a person Rating ZAP 1/10 may use Marbs or something usually and the person rating them a 10 may use wild streak all the time

Thats how i read them as well. Alot of the reviews are from people who have no possible way to compare it to something else and have never used something else. However you can easily tell which reviews are the good ones and which reviews are the bad.

I think that PBReview is alright. Although I take the reviews with a grain of salt. Meaning that I never accept them as total truth. Too many people write biased reviews or they have no idea what they are talking about. I usually go there when I am researching a product that I may or may not buy. But PBR isn't my only source of information. I have written quite a few reviews there myself. I try to be as unbiased and truthful as I can.

I usually only look at the reviews that are long, or rate the product around 7-9. Because usually they give the true rating of a marker/product. not just give it a 10 because they own it.

I used zap for a while. Good for woodsball/rec ball. Good price $35.00/case where I bought it. I'd say 3-4 breaks per case I was getting. They also tend to dimple easily if left sitting for a few days. Wouldn't recommend it for a tourn or anything where you'd need reliability though.

everything reviewed by kids who have no idea what they're talking about is either a 1 or a 10. In truth, there is no paintball gun on the market that deserves a 1 or a 10 because 1 means that you cant play paintball with it (making it NOT a paintball marker) and 10 means that there is absolutely no gun better than it (impossible to judge)

Looking at only the number that they rate it is retarded... I always check pbreview before i buy something, and usually I'm able to forsee most problems i might have with a product, before I purchase it.
1 out of 10 posts on pbreview are worthless, and you can usually tell immediately if it's worth the time to read it or not. However, that 1 post, whether it be for clothing (people telling if sizes run large/small), or you find someone talking about a mask, who also has to wear glasses (which can be a big issue for some of us).
Like everyone's opinion (especially on the internet), take it with a grain of salt, and look for people saying the same thing. Better to look for the critical reviews and ignoring the fanboys.

Sometimes people will rate things, say Afterburner, a 10, because they think that for the price it is a great deal. I'm just throwing something out htere. Just read the review and see if it seems like a legit review.

Directly quoted from PBReview from a Silver Bullet review.
"Awesome gun that deserves praise for the engineering that went into it!!! I would recommend this gun for your first because it is so easy to maintain and the fact that you wont have to put as much money into it as most guns since it comes tricked out stock. This is a great beginner gun and is capable of handling tourney play. Besides, under $200, this is an awsome gun!!!"
'Nuff said.
