Hard time with Halo B...

Hey guys,

After my halo TSA backman broke and ripped out the O-ring in my feedneck, I said F' it and went out to buy a halo B. However, I am having a hell of a time getting it into my Ion, could this be because the feedneck doesnt have the o-ring or is it always this F'in hard?

Thanks,

it's b/c the feedneck is so damn big. U'll have to sand the thing down to get the right fit. Don't worry, u are suspossed to sand the thing. Use like 50 grit or u'll be doing it forever.

ok first off, halo feednecks were designed to be overly big. they didnt want to have them small and not even fit in some necks. they are big and are made to be sanded down to fit whatever feedneck you have.... but like they said, save some time and buy a clamp

halo feednecks are designed to be big because so they can be sanded down to fit a feedneck rather then being to small and having to use tape or paper towel. So you should sand it down, or spend $30 and get a CCM no-rise.
