no.
to much money to run well. Kinda big and brick like. However, very nice w/ the right ups. Buy used.......and u can get a great gun. So, if u can get a pretty mid upped one (vision ,bolt, internals, trigger, lpr) or better. Try.

No actually its not. Its heavier, bigger, more expensive and the ion has better eyes.

hey man, i'm w/ u on that bushy. I've got $500 from fall 2k4 sitting in the bank begging to be spent. I just wish they'd sort out their 3rd party producer problems and send the things out b/c everyone that shoots the prototypes just gushes love and praise.

like i said, the b2k5 is not being produced by ICd (or so i've heard) and the guys that are manufactering the things are taking their sweet time. Obviously ICD has got to be sweating bullets thinking of all the money they are losing to the ion over this lame ass delay.
Me.....i'm waiting for b2k5 still. I'm staying loyal. Those $300 low highends just don't do it for me. Wrath-it's a damn bko, ion-everywhere-yea cool but meh i don't want to **** w/ that shell etc.

Well the bushy looks really awesome and i think i might just wait for the 2k5 to be released....Any particular reason as too why the bushy costs quite a bit more then the ion? And if that is the gun i decide to get, what would be the best upgrades?
Thanks bobide for that awesome info and help!

hey man, i've been watching this damn release like a ****ing hawk, glad to share. Well annodizing and the fact that's it's all metal would contribute to costs. I think it has better noids (b2k5 has humpreys i think, no clue what ion has)
ups? Hmmmm, well no one knows since we don't know what flaws the thing has. I'd do a reg, barrel, and maybe a feedneck. The b2k5 has good ones, aftermarkets just better.

As you might of known from past topics im using the imagine 05 im really happy with it, just looking for something in the future that i might like to use instead....
So basicly my second question would be, should i buy a reg for my imagine 05 to transfer over to the b2k5? What would be a good reg? And also im confused as to what do u set the inlet pressure too....Lol, sorry if im completely off i just heard you had to set the inlet pressure or something....
As for a feedneck what would be a recommendation, i didnt even know that you could upgrade that o_O....What does it benefit? Can an imagine 05 use one that would transfer over to the b2k5?
As for any other upgrades, what exactly can you upgrade? And what is most recommended?
LOL and as a lil quick question on my imagine 05...Should i just dish out the cash for a dye sticky grip? Or should i just save my money....
Thanks bobide once again for the great help

man, i always feel wierd being the only one responding for like 3 questions.....
if u know ur going to be getting a new gun and have hpa, no reason to not buy a reg early. It will transfer fine. Now, don't worry about input (that's pressure from the tank) worry about output- spyders can do like 600psi w/ some mods to increase flow. So just wide open on the reg and it should be good.
feedneck, none transferable. Though if ur plastic thing breaks, a worthy investment only $30 for the thing. Compared to $10 for a stupid plastic tube.
ANYTHING on a gun can be uped man! Board, trigger, microswitch, frame, grips, body, detents, barrel, reg, ram, valve, bolt, springs, etc! Though most have small improvments in preformance. U and I would be most satisfied w/ stock b2k5s. Barrel feedneck and reg is where most stop upping, sometimes a board.
Thats all up to u on the grips. I use gloves, so i don't care.

I'm telling ya, never buy an autococker, i had one for 2 years and it caused nothing but problems....
Plus a kid on my team just got rid of his for an intimidator, because he hated it. Never get an autococker, they have too many working parts, they are too hard to fix, and they always break down....
Get an Ion, they are very "In", they are very upgradeable, plus a new body is really cheap for an ion, it's really cool how they work.
The front player for my team owns an Ion, it is awesome!
Go for an Ion.

The only problems that I've had with my two cockers that I COULDN'T fix by myself within two minutes were stupid user error problems, not problems with the gun. They are super reliable guns.
I'm telling ya'
