well, what color was it, if it was blue or black i would tell him to let you use it on the weekends, if not that i would tell him to give you the hopper, then its all good...
no, i would tell him that he is stupid and could get it a lot of trouble and probably his @$$ kicked for stealing it.

yes i bilieve he should return the gun too but there is a delema. this is his friend.someone who sells there friends out no matter what is not a very good friend. i know i would protect my friends with everyhting i have.

find out whose it is, tell that person ur friend has it and sit back and let ur friends ass get kicked. he is gonna get caught, people will know someone is missing a dm5 in the area.
also, i found a tank in my bag last week, i was like wtf is this. i would have been fine but i wanted to know which one of my teamates it was and found out it was my man matts. he didnt even know/care that i had it either, ugg. i was freakin out for a lil bit, haha

Hell yes I'd keep it if it somehow got into my hands...But stealin. That **** aint cool, although I use to do it a lot but you learn once you get older. I think you should just let him make his own decision and then you make your decision if you wanna be friends with him or not.

I still say anyone would would commit a felony (which Grand Theft is) when you go out together is defintely no friend. Also if you do not turn him in you are no better than him since you are aiding him in commit the theft. One final thing maybe if he is caught and punished he could change and stop, because if he gets away with this he will continue to steal until he does something even worse.
