i dont even take mine off all the way like it stays on the gun the whole time i just hold it in my hand with the expansion chamber!! ok that might be a little confusing haha

Straight up. Only difference is I let the elastic fall down and I hold onto that and my foregrip at the same time.

I either put it in my pocket or i put it in the dead box....I actually get bounces off my pocket area becuase of it.
