Thats a terrible article, its like reading maddox, kinda, but maddox is a ton better.

I can have fun just playing a good game of paintball, if its a tournament, its a lot more fun to get money but still, you shouldn't hate it just because you don't win. Bonus balling and all this ****, its terrible, its just turning all these great paintballers into cheaters and assholes.

it pwns faces. no, thats an understatement

but that article isnt really related to maddox at all... maddox is funny, but this article is actually somewhat serious, and although its a bit sarcastic and mehbeh worth a few chuckles, it wasnt meant to make you ROFLMAO or anything else stupid like that

I Have fun when I lose (providing I don't get off on the break) I have more fun when I when. Its all ball to me.

When I lose, I try to learn from my mistakes. The person who wrote that article, when he loses, he just wants to kill another kitten.

You aren't a serious tourny player then. When I am out on the feild, I lane off the break, that's my job. So when I guy crosses your lane and gets hit 1 time, they will say it was a lucky ball and then try to do it again and be more aggressive, but when they get their ass lit up by 15 balls, they know not to come on the feild and **** around or they are gonna get ****ed up. Then in the next game they won't move up becuase they know they will get ****ed up, and it makes it a hell of a lot easier for my team. They will come off the feild and tell everyone not to try to hit the snake off the break or they will get ****ed up. The other teams will hesitate. When they hesitate they make mistakes. When they make mistakes they get shot.

If I was out there playing for fun I wouldn't be paying money on a nice gun, gear, and entry fee. I am out there to win, not enjoy myself. If I wanted to go out and enjoy myself I would get a spyder and play every saturday with the walk ons.

ive spend alot of money on paintball, and I play tourneys for fun and for money.

Oh and if a guy crosses my lane he gets hit once. Yea...thats rite Im shooting 1bps. Sometimes bonus balling is unavoidable, but what I was trying to say is that it if you can avoid shooting him 15 times, then don't.

Most of the time you dont have the time to think about not bonusing him.

Once you walk through that netting, its a different ****ing world. Why'd you step on that field? To shoot them. If you walked off without shooting them, guess what, you just failed. Good job.

Amen. As soon as you step on the feild, you don't care about them. You don't care about anything about them. If you don't shoot them, guess what, you lose. That's the opposite of what you want to do. If you slide into your bunker and sprain your ankle, I'm not gonna let you sit there and cry, I'm going to shoot you. Probably more than 1 time. I really don't care about you. when you play in the NXL like he does or play any psp or nppl for that matter, the fun factor doesnt come into play. sure its FUN to play paintball, but you arent playing in this tournament and spending all this money to have fun, youre doing it to win, and thats what its about at tournaments, winning

Sure, bonusballing might look bad in local events where its not necessary to a degree at which it happens at national events, but its for a good reason. Just think, if you shoot someone once while they are haulin ass to the snake, they aren't going to stop and a ref might not see it. If you shoot them 15 times, he isn't going to be able to see where he's going and not going to finish the run. Thats one person closer to podium, and money for you.

If they are going to push the envelope, you have to shoot them off the field. Refs don't do anything now-a-days. You have to make sure they get out by shooting them, a lot.

Well yea, thats if they're playing on.

If there's stuff like that then the better solution to the problem is better refs.

You can't take a chance if they are going to play on. Do it anyway. And ref now-a-days aren't that great dude.

ok if you are playing in a big tournament, people WILL try to play on. nobody is going to call themselves out when getting hit diving into the snake off the break. you have to make sure they go out, you cant take it easy on people when $10,000 is on the line.... and anyways, PSP refs are HORRIBLE

If you're a new player, and someone talking like this scares you away, then stay away. Paintball isn't about being nice, it's kicking ass and taking names. It's winning. If you can't handle it, stay away from the competitive play.
