Need help
Okay...I've narrowed down my search for a new gun to two guns.
Here's the link to the first gun:
Ego
Here's the link to the second:
NME L.E.
I know it's obvious that the Ego is better than the NME. My question is on whether it would be wise to buy the first gun. The seller of the Ego has no feedback, whereas, the NME has nothing but good feedback. Is it wise to bet on the first gun?

The NME looks pretty, go with that one, it will get you a girlfriend because its so pretty. J/K, i guess it depends on high the EGO gets, and how much money you have.

Yeah, but would it be wise to bid on the ego? The seller has no feedback.

well being a pretty experienced ebayer id say keep your eye on the ego, but it also has 6 days left on it right now so it will go up (i would guess) atleast 150 by the end of the auction. my opinion: keep watching the ego over the next few days, but if it starts going up too high and the system x auction is almost done, go for the system x (rather than putting your bet on the ego and having it go higher and not get it).

Timber22 pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Just because they operate similar to timmys, doesnt mean they are a knockoff. They had some problems with the stock LPR, but thats all the bad things ive heard that arent preference about the feel.

The Ego was ended early, so I guess that narrows down those two choices...

Well, that sucks. I was hoping to get that ego. Maybe another one will come up. Right now that NME is looking real good.
I have no problem buying a used gun. It's my parents. They are extremely skeptical of used items. Especially ones that cost that much and are over the internet. That is why I only looked at NIB guns. If I can find a new deal, then I'll repost. However, right now a used gun is kinda out of the question.

NME. I'd get it over a timmy. Just put a timmy front block on it. That will get rid of the lpr problems.

Are NMEs good quality, in terms of speed, consistency, accuracy, and recoil? Also, I've heard that LP tanks work better than HP tanks on them. Is this true? Will a HP tank hurt this gun?

it's a fricking 2k2 timmy. It's just as long and shoots probably exactly the same since they use HIGHLY similar internals. HP won't hurt it, that's why the reg is there. Only worry about that stuff w/ angels or really old bushmasters.

I think the NME's I've used (I've been around them ALOT), as in most of my teammates shot them on my old team. And I think the NME's blew my Storm out of teh water.
The NME was also about an inch shorter than my storm.

Yes, that's exactly what it means. It is a timmy knockoff. They practically advertise it.
It is lighter and faster than timmies... but the quality is awful. System X has never made any quality products. They get the most lemons in their products out of pretty much any company.
If you get one of the working ones... then congrats, it sure will be lighter and faster, and better looking than most timmies (IMO), but that's a risk I would def not take. I would rather shoot for a used DM or PM.
