It takes him a while to respond but basically you sign up at paintballtourney.com and click chat on the day which the chat is scheduled(sp?).

There is some kind of security screen that pops up when you click to join the chat room.... you must click yes or the chat room won't work.

unless he means joining an irc chat channel using an actual irc client. then you would have to download mIRC

My forum has an actual chat room that you will join....

You can download Mirc if you want but not necessary.
