I played all day at a tournament in 110 degree heat in the dust. My gun was fine.

if you mean freeze, littlerly - only if you get it wet, possibly with snow
if you mean freeze, computer term/glitch - yes, all computer chips process efectively within a certain temprature range. if you drop drasticly below it, glitches or freezing may occur. this goes for all electronics.

the only way i see a board overheating is if there is already an exisiting problem.

u got to have something covering the board like the grips. Boards should not freeze, they might be able to overheat though.

Water doesn't even freeze at that temprature it freezes at 32 degrees. The snow would be mealting at anything above 32. And to answer your question: No, the cold is actually good for electrical equipment it keeps it cool and actualy increases speed and efficency (though not enough to notice). Its getting something thats frozen (like ice) on your board and possibly shorting out your board that you should be worrying about. So no your board wont freeze.
