Contacts are the best thing that has happened to me. I got em when I started playing basketball, pb is okay with glasses, but bball is a ***** with em. Oh by the way my HS bball team just lost tonight by a shot that was clearly after the buzzer, and the refs called it good, so we lost! The crowd was so loud the refs had to run out, they were afraid they were gonna get hurt.

I just got glasses today, but I think I'm 15/20 in my left eye and 20/25 in my right. I have a stigmatism too. I don't think I'll be playing with glasses but maybe with contacts.

Why is this in the paintball section?
And no, I have 20/20 in both eyes. The only time I cant see is when I just wake up and everything is blurry.

both eyes are 15/20 despite steam lacerating my left eye when a radiator exploded at work when i was 17. Had to wear a soft contact until it fell out. Luckily everything healed to theay it was before the accident.

Because it has to do with paintball, and if it wasn't supposed to be here, the mods would have moved it. I would have posted it in the lounge but this is about seeing with paintball.

I got shot in my left eye, I have a cataract now. It is kinda like looking through dirty goggles. Kinda sucks, cant see very far either. My dad got the lasik better version (can't remember what its called.) They made him a little far sighted by his request (he is a big hunter) he really loves it and he had no probs during or after the surgery.
Oh and paint ball related........ well if one eye doesnt work as well as the other it creates a little blind spot situation. This sucks in woodsball b/c you cant see as well with out turning your head. Two things happens then, you move and destroy your cover and hiding spot by the movement, and your reaction to an unseen attack is slower b/c you see it later.

You are completely right. I am nearsighted in one eye and I wear one contact, but I can still see fine when I'm not wearing it. It's only blurry if I cover up my good eye.
